Until a formal agreement is signed and/or deposit is received:

  • No services are considered accepted
  • No timelines are confirmed
  • No deliverables are guaranteed

Quotes or estimates are not binding until approved in writing.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise:

  • All code, designs, documentation, or deliverables created remain the property of the owner/developer until final payment is received.
  • Once paid in full, project-specific deliverables transfer to the client per agreement (excluding third-party or open-source licensing terms).
  • Portfolio rights are retained unless mutually agreed otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content from this site without written permission.

4. Communication & Data Submission

Any information submitted via forms, email, scheduling tools, or messaging must be:

  • Accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • Lawful and appropriate
  • Free of confidential or regulated data unless a signed agreement exists

Do not submit sensitive information such as:

  • Government ID numbers
  • Financial account details
  • Medical or health information
  • Passwords, server keys, or login credentials (unless explicitly requested after agreement)
